Every year we enlist distinguished designers to re-interpret the rug, to give us their take on this age-old object. But we are aware that for many people something even more individual and special is required. You may have a particular colour scheme in mind. You may want pieces of furniture, pictures or textiles to be echoed or complemented. You may see something you like but want it in a different colour, size, shape, or yarn. We are happy to accommodate. Any existing design can be easily customised. Sizes can be altered, as can colourings. We have more than a thousand different coloured wools and silks to work with. In addition to customising any rug from our collections, we can design a rug from scratch specifically to your requirements. We are happy to give expert advice, to come up with ideas and visuals, and to oversee the design being hand made by our craftsmen in Nepal. It might take a little longer, but the result will be something unique and, we like to think, especially treasured. |
